Hello! My name is Rachel Ross-Stagg. Y'all can call me Rae.  I was born in Utah but raised all over the South and East Coast. I came back to Utah to attend Utah State in 2011.

I have over 15 years of experience in photography and fell in love with boudoir at the end of 2020. Early 2021, I launched Rae of Light Boudoir. I loved the brand I created and all the clients who supported me. However, early 2024, I felt I needed a refresh and wanted to take my brand in a new, vibrant, sexy and flirty direction...thus, Tart Boudoir was born.

I strive to help each client that comes in the door to feel more confident when they leave, to be more comfortable embracing their sexuality and feel more themselves. One of my favorite moments of a session is when you can see the client finally starting to feel comfortable and you know they're feelin' themselves. Best moment of the job.

I have two beautiful children, a sassy pup and a supportive husband. We live right near downtown SLC in the Liberty Wells area. I love to travel, drink wine, read and be with my family.
